Geukdong Research Insisute was established on July 5th, 1999 with purpose of contributing to the enhancement of the firm's technological competitiveness and advancement of construction technology through self-development of technology while grasping and acquiring advanced technology in construction engineering field.

Geukdong Engineering Research Institute is currently conducting various researches such as in basic construction structural, ITS, eco-friendly technology, SOC, Construction project management and so on. In addition, all team members are exerting the most effort to promptly adjusted and resilient to the 4th industrial revolution by focusing on the development of new technology and construction methods to converge IT technology and core design technology.
